LEMI EMPOWER YOU
LEMI believes mentorship is the gateway to advancement, individual growth, and strengthening our professional community. LEMI Empower, LEMI’s mentorship program, is dedicated to that end, inviting members of all experience levels and industries to connect and share knowledge that could help fellow LEMI members advance their professional careers.
The collective experience of LEMI members is an awe-inspiring consortium we must leverage. Every member is encouraged to join LEMI Empower as a mentor, mentee, or both.
How LEMI Empower Works
LEMI EMPOWER is open to all members of the LEMI Community. The LEMI EMPOWER mentorship program runs for a 5-month period. Mentors and mentees will complete a brief LEMI EMPOWER questionnaire. Mentees will then be connected with a mentor in the LEMI community suitable for the mentee’s career goals and aspirations. We recommend 5 or more mentoring sessions during this time. After the 5-month period, participants can choose to continue the relationship outside the LEMI EMPOWER Program, to take a break, or to be matched a new LEMI EMPOWER partner.
